Important things to know about the police encounter line form:

  • Is confidential, can also be anonymous. You do not have to use your name or give any information that describes you.
  • Will be used to collect information about how Chicago Police treat young people of color.
  • Will try to identify key neighborhoods and precincts that have higher rates of Police Violence.
  • Will result in data sent to the United Nations about the experience young people of color have with Chicago Police.
